AlfaStrakhovanie, PLC has been collaborating with the company EXPO-PARK – Exhibition Projects for the second year in a row as its official insurance partner within the framework of the International Fine Art Fair ‘ART MOSCOW 2009’.
The company provides insurance coverage for the fine art items while on exhibitions, as well as for the antiques and collectibles. The company’s clients are not only the professional actors of art market like museums, galleries, cultural foundations, antique salons, auction houses and art dealers, but also private collectors and companies of which the activity is bound with transportation, estimation, framing, preservation and restoration of artworks.
It is exclusively for the participants of ‘ART MOSCOW 2009’ event, that AlfaStrakhovanie worked out the special Insurance Program for Exhibits of 13th International Fine Art Fair ‘ART MOSCOW 2009’ (hereinafter referred to as Program). The exhibitors are kindly requested to take notice of the terms and conditions of the Program on the official web-sites www.alfastrah.ru and www.art-moscow.ru.
Advantages of the Program:
♦ conventional and customer friendly mode of application for the insurance (see the Form ¹13 attached to this Manual);
♦ special insurance rates and flexible approach to the calculation of insurance premiums depending on period of insurance and according insurance conditions:
° for exhibition period only, or
° for the whole period of the event, including preview, inauguration ceremony, mounting, dismantling of the exhibits and their handling, or
° nail to nail’ coverage (including the event itself and the transportations to and from ‘ART MOSCOW 2009’
♦ cooperation with the Organizer (company EXPO-PARK – Exhibition Projects with respect to risk control and supervision over the quality of service provided by sub-contractors (mounting/dismantling, up- and downloading procedures, handling) while on the territory of the event;
♦ claim service and indemnification payments within 3 working days since the claim report is signed;
♦ additional opportunity of insuring the ‘concomitant’ property, like exhibition equipment, fine art crates and NX packing materials and other.
