Step 1. Please send to the Organizer following: 1. Application Form 2. A brief history and gallery program including list of gallery artists and participation in other Art Fairs. 3. A description of the concept for your booth presentation, including a list of artist(s) to be shown at the fair. The following formats are acceptable for materials: - By e-mail to art@expopark.ru. PDF format is preferable (other formats) - Color print-outs - By CD Please, no DVD’s (only in the case of video!), no catalogues, no slides or booklets. Step 2. Wait for an Expert Council session. The Expert Council evaluate gallery applications for participation and use their expertise to make the final selection. (The sessions are conducted three times a year – at the beginning of December, beginning of February and end of March).
Step 3. If the Expert Council makes a positive desicion, the Organizer informs the Gallery and send the first invoice (100% of space + registration fee and electricity supply), and materials necessary for participation (Exhibitor Manual, exposition plan, booth number).
Step 5.After full payment of all invoices, the gallery receives its Exhibitor package (badges, invitations, program, etc.).
Exclusion of exhibitors The Expert Council can recommend exclusion of potential exhibitors in the following cases: - the proposed exhibit does not conform to the professional standards maintained by the Fair; - an exhibit shown by the applicant at a previous ART MOSCOW Fair differed from that described in the initial application; - the participant did not follow recommendations by the jury of Independent Experts; - if works were sold without proof of origin or an erroneous or incomplete description given; - if the exhibit proposed by an applicant was not in accordance with the gallery programme. The Expert Council is entitled to take the final decision if the number of applicants exceeds the exhibition capacities of the Fair.
